I received this Sam e on time and as expected. I have been using Sam e for some time and it works, it not only helps with mood but also with knee pain.I got my mom hooked on it as well, now she wants to stop Tylenol and just take Sam e. I would definitely recommend it.

Complained to company and amazon and never heard back. Product does not work.

I think you need to take it daily to see the benefits starting with the smallest dose. Also, i am not sure when i should take it.
