This is a high quality mastic it does take a long time to dry or at least to setIt was not overly expensive but I have to add in the cost of two jumpers while doing the job because there’s no way you can get this off of your jumpers

How do you stop the house collapsing?
Everbuild General Purpose Building Mastic Stone 310ml 115 EVBMASSTOnly long term will I know if this is a success. Initially I was quite excited that I had found a product that could be pumped into the wall crack I have in the outside of my house, a product that remains pliable so moves with the house, while at the same time seals the crack where I believe rain penetrates the single skin wall causing damp on the interior wall. Also easy to apply. The one down side is that it wasn't until I received the product that I read the further technical information only to find that the product should only be used in cracks down to 5mm width (hence the 4-star rating rather than 5-star); the crack in my wall was about 3mm narrowing down to about 1mm. With no alternative choice I have gone ahead and used it and painted it over with fingers crossed for the future.
