Waste of my money
When I got the thermometer I noticed that it only measured in Celsius and not Fahrenheit. I chopped it up to me not reading the details of the product as well as I should have. But then I noticed the screen is not backlit. So it's nearly impossible to read in anything other than bright light. and it malfunctions constantly. Shutting off before it is through taking the temperature. The temperature always stays on the screen for literally 2 seconds after it beeps. I counted. I am very disappointed with this. Also whenever I first received it it was stuck inside its case the only way to remove it was to get a pair of needle-nose pliers because the end of it was already coming off with the internal mechanism coming out

Dysfunctional!
Digital bbt Basal Body Temperature Thermometer by HUAA:Please read this before you even think about purchasing!This is a piece of junk. It arrived stick in the plastic holder. I tried to pull it out and the end of the thermometer kept coming off. After much frustration of not being able to get the product out of it's protective case, I ended up breaking the plastic holder on purpose in order to release the thermometer. I really didn't care too much about the case anyway, but it was still very annoying!The thermometer itself did function, just not properly. It took WAY TOO LONG to get a reading! I am talking MINUTES! And on top of that the reading would only read in Celcius!I tried numerous times to try to switch it to Fahrenheit, followed the complicated/poorly translated directions and NOTHING worked.Pass on this thermometer! You could fare better a doller store!

Readings in Celsius Only
Like others reviewers, we found that the thermometer did not switch from celsius to fahrenheit even though the instructions indicated it could. We returned the item for this reason.

Celsius only
This thermometer is a no frills version of a digital thermometer. The description says that it has "Ability to read both C° & F temperatures!". I cannot get it to change from Celsius to Fahrenheit. Otherwise it seems to work but it won't do me any good because I am familiar and prefer reading in Fahrenheit. I received this product at a discount for my honest review. Another reviewer pointed out that the directions say that holding in the power button will only change only certain units but the description does not say that. Too bad.
