Hatch Green Chile Extra Roasted Santa Fe Ole from the Santa Fe Ole line of Green Chile products is Made in New Mexico and is the standard by which all other Green Chile items are judged. They are marvelous and without a doubt the best there is period. Santa Fe ole's specialty is producing New Mexico Green Chile products. The "Extra Roasted New Mexico Green Chile" is roasted a little longer and is a touch darker for even more New Mexico Green Chile flavor. A little fresh lime juice, garlic and salt is added to enhance the flavor of the Green Chile.

I traveled to New Mexico on a nursing assignment for a couple of months and tried this Green Chile when I was in Santa Fe. I've been craving it ever since. It's so good - you become addicted. I like to cook squash, corn and cheese, roll in a heated tortilla, and put some Santa Fe Ole Green Chile on it.This is a good deal. I almost bought straight from the company but found it faster and cheaper on Amazon. Delivery was much faster than expected, too. What a nice find!
