Bissell Multi-Surface Formula, 32 oz. (1789)

The Bissell Crosswave Multi-Surface floor cleaner is absolutely outstanding. Firstly, I Had a brand new home built in 2016. I was previously a steam mop user and my wife and I are both neat freaks. We were suggested to try out this new Crosswave, and we're in love. The Crosswave works perfectly for my faux wood textured tile floors. The Multi-Surface cleaner smells fantastic, while not being overly aromatic. I can always tell when we've cleaned our floors as the Spring Breeze scent is outstanding. An extra tip for those nervous about going from a steam cleaner to a Crosswave...if you're at concerned with using chemicals on your floors, you can run the Crosswave first with the Mutli-Surface cleaner and then a second time with warm water. I don't personally clean a second time, but have friends that do regularly as they're overly cautious with a crawling baby. I rate this a 5/5 and would recommend purchase. So I waited a while to post a real review because I had to see long term use and I am highly impressed with this vacuum I had to use my swiffer wet jet and swiffer vacuum dry mop every day to keep the floors clean or what we kinda thought was clean we have 2 dogs a cat 3 kids and 4 adults living in the house and constant foot traffic in and out my 2 year olds feet would have to be wiped off 3 times a day sometimes because her feet were black and nothing we had would get the dirt out of the floors they looked clean but were not If inspected closely was still dirty we bought the crosswave in hopes that it might work but did not have very high hopes because we cleaned the floors every day and they were still dirty but the bissel after 3 times in a row of cleaning finally got the floors clean and is doing an excellent job of keeping them clean we clean the floors 2 times a week with the bissel and only have to spot clean in between it's the best product I ever bought and I would recommend this vacuum to everyone with uncarpeted floors and area rugs our daughters feet are finally clean lol

Most of the time when I buy a floor cleaner that "must" use a proprietary solution, the first thing I do is seek a substitute. They're usually too expensive and hard to purchase at specialty stores, and the performance they deliver isn't worth the aggravation. I have to say, this time, I'm marching to Bissel's drummer. I need very little of this solution; I actually short the solution a little because I hate sticky floors, and that seems just enough to clean the floors beautifully and leave a wonderfully clean finish and a pleasant, fresh smell. I clean the floors once a week, and this bottle lasts 2-3 months at least--and I have hundreds of square feet of tile in the kitchen, bathrooms, foyer, laundry, and walkways between rooms. It's surprisingly economical, to the point that I'm just going to buy it. Floor cleaning is a miserable job, but the incredible Crosswave and its solution give me such a great, quick result, I actually don't mind so much. For this much $$$ for a floor cleaning machine, you should get an easy day, right? This is one of the few times I haven't felt gypped by a floor-cleaning "system.," so I don't mind paying to play.I received no compensation for this review.

I bought this with the crosswave floor cleaner -- it works pretty well for cleaning. The odor smells a bit like extreme fabreeze pads. It's pretty heavily scented but not so strong you can't stand it in the house, you can still smell other things. It can help with a messy clean up that doesn't smell so good -- i.e. pet accident or other... It's actually not my favorite smell but it does a good job cleaning without me feeling like I need to use a lot. I'll be trying some other products to compare -- but right now I'd say I'd be happy to buy this again.

For cleaning short nap area rugs as well as tile or wood floors with the Bissell Crosswave. Economical because it is diluted with water in the Crosswave tank before use. Nice smelling and does not leVd streaks or residue. Gets up a lot of dirt. I’ve used it on my painted deck as well and it does a great job. My condo used to have s funky smell until I did the floors and rugs. Now it’s fresh and clean.

I Love this cleaner. Before I got my spinwave I was having a hard time finding for class that I really liked. Most smelled horrible if You left them in the morning bucket overnight. They just didn't sleep pleasant the next day. I don't like mop buckets & mops anyway. But this stuff smells great. Works great & leaves my house smelling wonderful. I've liked every scent I've tried. There's nothing I don't like.

I love love love this vacuum and the brush it came with, pick3d up EVERY hair on my Persian carpet, so much so, that I had to replace the dirty water half way th run, and it was filthy with cups and cups of hair and dirt. And I had just cleaned the carpet with a broom the dying before! I now can see the clean, deep colors! I read reviews complaining get about the cleanup of the mach9ne and parts, and I wasn't going to do the thorough cleaning...but I am so glad I did! You would not believ3 the amo7nt of hair and debris still inside the brush area and the filter area, well worth the amazing cleaning job...whuch is really fast and easy to clean in sink...but I'm a lazy w9man lol, but i did it and it was fast (a minute?) AND EASY...I love this machine. My carpets (shaggy and Persian carpets) as well as my kitchen floor, look awesome! With 2 shaggy cats who love to roll on my carpe r so ☺
