VERY happy with this device. In have two more expensive rechargeable water pics as well as the larger corded variety. Have used the corded Water Pic brand every day and just purchased a replacement after several years - it is excellent and has successfully eliminated the need to floss with dentist cleanings almost unnecessary and gums now super healthy. The much smaller rechargeables are for travel. This SmarToiletries model is amazing. Smaller than Water Pic brand with much more powerful spray - as powerful as the corded one at home. Holds a charge very nicely as well.

I have used similar-looking irrigators, e.g., Gurin and Toiletree. They were hard to fill. The filling port was very tiny and located on the top. The SmarToiletries irrigator, by constrast, has a cap on the side of the tank near the bottom that is large and conveniently located to make filling very easy.Also, the customer service is good. The o-ring on the cap fell off somehow. I couldn't locate it. I called SmartToilitries and they sent me a replacement tank right away.And the best part is that it has a 400 day warranty. What other irrigator has such a good warranty???

I wasn't sure what to expect, since I had never used a water flosser before, but I really like this one. At first I thought it was kind of clunky, but it's really not bad when using it (and cleanup is a cinch). I have to keep refilling it a few times while using it, but I think that's better than have a huge base, since I don't have a lot of space on my vanity. My teeth definitely feel cleaner after using it. Ever since I got my braces, I've felt like I couldn't get my mouth clean. Finally, I have relief!

This is powerful for such a small water pic. I tried another brand prior to this one and the water pressure was too weak to my liking.This is perfect for my travels. I have to fill it twice to get my mouth fully clean but that takes a second to do. This is a great traveling companion for me!

Pretty good product. Needed something more portable than my water pic, this does the trick. I bought a case (also available on Amazon) that works great for travelling. In exchange for the smallness and portability, you may need to refill the water during a single use. The weakest setting is still pretty strong, and may cause gum bleeding the first few times of use. I would have preferred more settings especially for when I'm starting out. Besides the settings, I found the product not quite as comfortable as the water pic, not sure why. Overall however, this is a good product.

I had this about 9 months. The flow was very good. Battery life was good. It did the job. Until the little plastic door broke. It is made of a very hard and cheap plastic and can easily come off and break. It popped off a dozen times when refilling and I was afraid eventually it would not snap back on. That day came today and it is now useless because it cannot hold any water. At a penny or two, that is the cheapest part on the device and will break. They could add 2 more for a couple of pennies and double the useful life of the product or make it from a better material than plastic squirt gun type plastic. I did love what it did, but will try another breand.

After reading reviews of various water flossers, I was not sure how this one would compare, but I am very happy with the design. as they seem to have done a lot of smart things. First, the water reservoir is easy to remove. That means I can make sure it dries out between use. The opening to fill the reservoir is nicely placed at the bottom and opens and closes easily. The opening for the charger comes with a nice little plug to keep it from getting filled with goop. The device stands up nicely. The three speed selector remember which speed you last used. And yes, it works great to clean my teeth. I am very pleased.

Works perfect. This is my first "Oral Irrigator", never having had a water pic before. I bought it after having bridgework done. It seemed easier than trying to floss around that area. I also brush well and floss all the other teeth a couple of times a day, but finishing with the Irrigator just makes my mouth feel great. It does not take up much space on my counter top. I started using it about 3 weeks ago and have not had to charge it since the initial charging. I have to fill it twice to do my whole mouth, but do not consider that a probleml. A friend has traded in his bulky water cleaner for one just like mine.
