I have not found any RJ45 connector installation easy but this tool makes the process much less difficult. With this tool you do not have to cut the individual wires to the exact length to make the crimp. The tool cuts the ends off of the wires while it is crimping. I have only done about eight connectors so far and they have all worked fine (although I have not tested them for speed). I believe you will be pleased with this tool and the relative easy of use. You must use the correct connectors with this tool. The wires go all the way through the connector and out the other side where the excess is cut off with the crimp. Other connectors will not work this way.

Best cat5 crimper out there! Worth every penny over the traditional design. Will save so much time and headache and waster connectors. You need to buy one.

Not perfect, but works OK enough. Better than the old standard connectors/crimper.

Easy to use, easier to make sure you have the wires in the correct order.
