Brilliant start up kit

This starter kit has no foam mat, but the variety of coloured yarn invited me to have a go. It was bought for my granddaughter as part of a Christmas present and while she tried one piece, she isn't enthralled. I on the other hand definitely wanted a try, so with my he's permission I made the rabbit following the instruction manual.II loved it. Obviously mine wasn't as professional as the illustration, but it still looks good, but tiny! I was anxious not to use much of the yarn up, but would definitely but a bigger bundle of yarns from this seller if possible.

Didn't come with a foam mat like suggested, 'resealable' bag broke after a few uses, but otherwise great kit, includes everything you need, there could be a few more keyring attachments but otherwise would suggest

Good choice of colours to get started. Tools are as described. Everything to get this hobby underway apart from a mat which I purchased separately.

Great little kit for starting but advertises it comes with a mat/ sponge to feltninto to but it doesn’t

I should have read other reviews first as when I received the kit there was no mat. This meant I could not use the kit till I purchased a mat or found something to use. Everything else was fine, the wool samples small but enough to make quite a few items if you have more of a neutral wool to use as a base.

This does not contain a mat, as in description. Otherwise a good starter kit. Can be used for small projects, to discover whether it is something the user is going to enjoy.
