Overall these headphones are excellent. I bought a couple $90-100 head phones brands and was disappointed by audio quality, audio-video delays and with earpieces constantly falling out of my ears. I chose these headphones over the Apple AirPods after watching multiple YouTube videos (plus they also don’t stay in my ears super well). I also chose to go with the Comply earbuds. I am totally satisfied with this combination. The audio quality is excellent, the noise cancellation is impressive and the earbuds stay in my ear and are comfortable while walking. My critiques are minor and not enough to remove a star. First considering the price, the earbuds with the headphones really ought to be a better quality. Especially when you consider how affordable the Comply earbuds are. Second, the transparency mode is a little too magnified. As in, I hear more than I’d like and it gives the audio a fake microphone like quality. Lastly, the default setting on the left earpiece for a single tap command is to disconnect/hang up, so every time I touch my left ear or brush that earpiece it hangs up on me mid-phone call or video chat. It’s more annoying than anything else and I’m sure it’s an easy fix if I cared to figure out how. Like I said, all minor complaints. Overall very satisfied with the product. I would definately give it a try!

I bought these after the Samsung Buds Pro started to give me a rash when using them... Even after buying a brand new pair. At first glance these things are HUGE, I didn't think they could be as comfy as they are. I have small ears and these are still comfy for long periods. (4+ hours of wear) I work as a third shift stocker, so I'm by myself for 8 hours a night stocking shelves. Their battery life is great, two straight days of use and I haven't even had to charge them yet. Overall I'd highly recommend these, great sound, great battery life, and comfy to boot! Just some side notes. The update took forever, (45 minutes) and you can't put the buds in the case while they're updating. Other reviews on the main page talk about the sound is a bit muffled, and it can be until you mess with the equalizer settings. I just pushed the dot up a little bit and the sound is perfect to me. They can sound quiet when listening to less than 8, but the sound is just clearer, in my opinion, the way it's meant to be heard. But crank it up to 9-10 and you have a full loud rich sound that'll drown out even the thoughts in your own head.

Keep well in the ears. great sound. The batteries hold as stated, but for me every time it was a surprise when they turned off. ~3+ hours exactly worked in audiobook mode,I don’t remember exactly. Loud music 2+ hours exactly worked. This is what was guaranteed. On the plane for 5 hours of flight, they sat down before arrival, maybe 4 hours. The positive thing is that they charge pretty quickly from the case. 2-3 times can be charged. I was very surprised when after them the sound of full-sized 4.5HD seemed worse. The main problems are only with pairing, on the Samsung did not pick up normally. On my iphone 13 everything was ok at first, but after that i couldn't use my old headphones. After installing all the programs, it seemed to work, but I lost quite a lot of time.

I had a pair of AirPods Pro. These are head and shoulders better when it comes to sound quality. They work nearly the same as well, except there isn't the fancy integration with the iOS software. Frankly, I don't really miss it - the Sennheiser Smart Control app is quite good, but I wish they had a few more equalizer controls. Bass, Mid, and High controls don't do this justice. The sound is so good that you could definitely make more adjustments to make them even better to suit your preferences. Call quality is as good as the connection you have. I really like the Sennheiser version of Transparent Audio or whatever Apple calls it. If you can get past the fact that they aren't the iconic Apple white (some people just gotta have that, I guess...), these things are way better than the Apple AirPods Pro in nearly every way, including price.

It's embarrassing that Sennheiser would send me a product that was not tested or cleaned. It's dirty (as you can see in the photo) and it looks like it was exposed to water and damaged. There is a severe connectivity issue and the right earbud it doesn't work. No quality control. Very different to what they claim in the description and their website. Very disappointed.

Positives: Sound quality is very good, clear with good definition. Good build quality and battery life Negatives: Controls are finicky and overly complex with different controls on each, case is bulky, really not great in the pocket. App won't let you sign up for account buttons aren't working. My biggest complaint? If, in some cases, you want to only use one earbud (as many of us do) it has to be the right one only, you can't use the left standalone. This is really bad engineering. The controls for the left are unavailable. Sennheiser is usually better company than this.

Sound quality is excellent and they're very elegant.

Bought in 2022 and the batteries are no longer holding a charge. I can barely get ten minutes use now.
