For the price, these are quite good
I was WAY more than pleasantly surprised by the stellar audio quality--bass is deep and responsive (both mid- and low-bass performance was outstanding), mids are clear and well-defined making it easy to pick out separate instruments and voices, and I heard no sibilant or harsh highs...a musical, fun and "full-bodied" sound. They are also made of plastic which gives off a cheap feel but they are robust, and that's what matters. I've used them almost every day, they provide good noise isolation when they have a good fit for your ears. Unfortunately for me and my small ear canals, they are decent at best and eventually because the ear tips are too large, they slowly but surely fall out of my ears. If you have small ear canals like me, it might be better to either search online for smaller ear tips or look at another pair of budget earphones. They paired easily and quickly to both my Android and iPhones. One of my favorite features is the ability to connect and use just one earbud, like the old bluetooth headsets of yore. The carrying case that charges is such a great design. And it doesn't need a separate charging cable, it plugs right into any USB port from the case with its own (short) cable! That's so great compared to my beats.

Worthless
Do not bother with these. This the second pair I've own and they're completely worthless. First pair the case wouldn't charge and the earbuds would not connect. This second set I bought on accident thinking they were the nanobuds 2.0 and not the nanopods (yes, there is a difference). Got them on Thursday, plugged the case in as the case and earbuds were both dead and the case would not go past the first bar no matter what charger I used or how long I left it on the charger. The earbuds would pair but would not pair with my phone, only my laptop and would have to pair separately. I tried removing the one and trying it again but after that, they no longer would come up to pair on anything.Tldr, they aren't worth the money, no matter how cheap they are.

Not bad for $20
I was concerned getting these based on some of the complaints in the reviews, but decided to give it a shot after many good experiences with Altec Lansing in the past.Sound quality is pretty decent. Sync issues only really obvious with rock/alternative music but nothing unbearable. If you only would use these to listen to really heavy rock music with high tempos I'd probably veer away from these. Everything else they sound great.I did have issues like others at first in that the lights on the front of the charging pod were not coming on when plugged in. But after messing around I figured out it's not the pod or the cord but rather the power it's getting. I plugged it into the USB port on my keyboard. Nothing. A slot on a USB hub that plugs into the wall. Nada. The slot right next to it and POWER!!! I plugged my smart watch into the port I had trouble with and it was getting a charge, so that tells me these nanopods are just very particular about how much power they are getting.I will offer the disclaimer though that I just got these today.UPDATE 11/18: My mint green ones still work great. To be fair, I don't use them very often, but the case and everything is fine. They even connect very well to my Nintendo Switch. HOWEVER, it's the subsequent black ones that I got my husband. Like others, there's no indication that they're charging. However I have confirmed that the case DOES work. The lights just don't. My husband is fine with it though. You can always check battery power by connecting to your phone (at least on my Galaxy S21 Ultra)

Very handy and powerful
I liked these very much but they came down with a strange situation in which the left and right earbuds would not function at the same time. So, you either had sound in one ear or the other but never both. I tried all kinds of tricks like turning them on and off and when that did not work I removed them and re-paired them.I still believe that Altec-Lansing makes good equipment! Ever the more expensive brands make some duds. It just hurts less when you don’t pay as much!

They came broken
I had a pair of nano pods before and I liked them because they were small and cheaper. My first pair was broken, the left side didn't charge but I wasn't too mad because I thought I must have broken them. I bought this new pair because I lost my old one but the left earbud completely doesn't work and the left side doesn't charge as well. I haven't even used them properly yet so I know it's not me. The operator on the phone had a rude tone of voice but they did answer my questions. If I return these for a new pair they said it will take about 28-30 days. I'm not going to wait that long I'll just buy earbuds from a different brand.

Portable and sounds great!
I absolutely love this brand! I purchased a set of home theater speakers about a year or so ago from them and I have been hooked ever since. The sound quality is great and the price is very affordable. I am very picky when it comes to ear buds simply because alot of them don't fit my ear canal well and they are uncomfortable. Since I have had such good luck with other purchases from them I had faith I would love these and I do! I ordered the icy color and it looks exactly as it does in the listing pictures. The sound quality on these little buds is nice and clear. They are very reasonably priced considering the quality. I rarely buy anything for myself so these were a gift for me. I am happy they are working out so well.

Below average earbuds
This is my second pair of Altec Lansing earbud. My first pair I bought from Target lasted me 3 years of daily use (6-8 hours) and averaged 3 to 4 hours per charge. This pair from Amazon I had for less than 3 months is already failing. The right bud only charges to 90%, auto disconnects at least 2 times a day, and last about 2 hours per charge. Plus both pairs I owned only had one earbud working at a time, never together which is fine because we can one have one earbud in at work.

Battery may not last while it remains unsold
I was very excited to receive this, but alas, no matter what I did, it would not charge, either via cable or wireless. I made sure no cellophane wrap covered any of the contacts. Had to return it, thereforce. Disappointed.
