130W AC Adapter For Dell

Adapter was delivered quickly and genuine Dell part. 6 months later, when the power pack stopped working, Notebook Parts Outlet sent a replacement out under warranty immediately. Great service!

I've had to replace this power cord 2 times both for different reasons and each only lasted me slightly less than a year.1st Cord: Stopped supplying power to my computer (Alienware 13 R2) almost completely. Supplies just enough so it will turn on, but won't charge or do much else.2nd Cord: The area where the cord connects to the white plastic that turns blue once turned on completely detached and now also will not work.The cords were both very well taken care of because I do not travel with this laptop and it doesn't move much. It stays in one place with the cords not kinked. For the amount of money this cord costs (at the time $45), it should be lasting much longer. When it does work, I works well, it just does not last.

It works, but after one month of using it it's falling apart. The plastic has pulled away from the LED strip, near where it plugs into my computer. the only thing protecting the wire there seems to be some sort of gauze that was under the rubber cord. Upset that it happened so quickly, I don't even move my laptop around that much. Frustrating, this is the same way my original charging cord broke - but it took that one a year to look this bad.

I've had to order 2 of these within six months of each other because the plastic covering the lit up blue portion of the cable near the end that is plugged into the computer keeps coming apart, exposing the wires and causing them to fray. Considering the cost of this charger, I'm very disappointed in the quality of the product and it makes me reconsider using Dell if they are going to run a money making scheme by over pricing low-quality chargers that need replacement every few months.

Bought another cheaper charge, but it did not work. This one worked for perfectly for my son's 13" Alienware computer.

If I could post NO STARS , I would. It quit working completely. My laptop, a dell inspiron 15 7559 (which it says it's compatibile with) started telling me that this was not a dell charger and it just stopped charging. Completely. Dead in the water. I'm a photographer and HAVE TO HAVE my laptop. I am writing this review on a friends computer, that's how pissed off I am. PIECE OF S*&T!!!!!!!!
