Wow, don't let the looks of these little things make you think that they are easy - no way - great product, easy and fun to use, but not "easy" - love that it comes in three different tensions. Got these for my son who is a wide receiver, but I found them to be valuable as well - always valuable to have strong hands and a solid grip.
