the 3 way valves in both sets I ordered were loose and leak water...I contacted the shipper but no response

Upon opening the package everything looked super nice. Directions were pretty clear. We used the supplies provided and followed the directions step by step. For some reason the connection that hooked to the toilet would only thread one or two turns. We assumed this is how it must work (very hesitant of that though) continued to hook everything up. Turned it on and it leaked. It leaked everywhere!! We had used plumbers tape on each of the connections to hopefully avoid any leaking. My husband tried tightening the connection to the toilet more as that was the biggest leak. Long story short he broke our toilet while trying to get it tighter so we had to replace a piece in our toilet and we don't have a diaper sprayer that functions. VERY disappointing.

I've used 3 other diaper sprayers in the past; between moves and having kids spaced apart. (I use the sprayers for rinsing cloth diapers). This sprayer was by far the easiest one to install! The directions were simple to follow, and I have no leaks after ensuring all hardware is tight. The strength of the sprayer can't be beat! It is really powerful which is perfect for how I'll use it, but may be a bit much if using as a bidet? I highly recommend this sprayer!

I was a little hesitant while shopping around for bidets because I saw a lot of complaints about leaking and cheap quality and unfortunately, I purchased from another brand before settling on this one - my mistake. Since receiving and using this bidet system, I've had no issues whatsoever. The only leaking that I can notice is just a tiny bit of seepage from the sprayer holes, and it's not even enough seepage that it's able to collect and drip. I keep the bathroom trashcan underneath just in case, but after about a month now, I have no complaints. The installation was very simple as well and the instructions were easy to understand. Very satisfied!

I was excited to see that the product was packaged so neatly. I looked at all the shiny parts and wanted to ensure they are all good. All the parts were good except the handle. The handle was not smooth to operate. I tried to do it few times but every time faced the same problem.It was getting locked/stuck while operating like a gas pump nozzle. I did not want to take a chance to fix it on the toilet and then remove it. All I would care in these kind of product is the handle is smooth while operating it. The water flow is mainly throttled by the handle lever.Not happy with the product

So I received the first set, felt very durable and well made, and followed the instructions precisely as shown. Once done, the nozzle couldn't hold the water pressure in. So I decreased the water pressure from the water valve, it still leaked. Contacted their customer service, who were great and sent me a replacement...but although the nozzle now doesn't leak from the spray end, it leaks from between the sprayer and the hose. I've tried very hard to get it to work, but now I'm left with two worthless products.

Very well made. Solid heavy brass, unlike a lot of cheaper units that have ABS components. Hose is very flexible even under pressure, great quality. Easy to install the complete unit.

Best all in one package. As expected. Leak problem solved with the provided band and ring in the package.Tip: Make sure you don't turn pomp while attaching it to the toilet.
