Cooks up quick and delicious in less than 5 minutes. Great alternative if you are avoiding flour as it is made from rice. Not any rice, black rice! Rice that was once reserved only for royalty! And we turned it into noodles! Goes great with anything or even by itself with some sesame oil and soy sauce! Will be purchasing more for my anti-cancer diet. Just don't overcook it or it turns to mush.

Look no further, this is the one you want. Nothing will taste exactly like wheat pasta so give up on that idea. Cooks quickly in boiling water so you want to make sure to not overcook. However, this may not be the pasta that you want al dente. So give it another minute.

These are hands down the best buckwheat noodles to be found. I have been eating them for years and have tried many other brands. A little organic butter and some garlic and you'll think you went to heaven.

Just finished my 3rd serving. All had a tendency to break into pieces whether you follow package directions or undercook a little. Not much flavor or "mouth feel", didn't get the satisfaction of eating noodles, so why bother adding the carbs even if they are 100% buckwheat. Plus, despite the photo, and the answers in the Q&A, it's only ONE package per order and almost $6 shipping charge. All in all, deceptive and not worth it in my opinion.
