I purchased these bags to use in my Gatco 1910 trash can, which holds 2.9 gallons and measures 7.5" in diameter (both top and bottom) and 11.75" high. This particular trash can has a removable top ring to conceal the liner. I attached 2 side-by-side pictures; one without the top ring to show how much of the bag actually folds over the can, and one with the top ring to show the finished product. As you can see, there is not much left of the bag to fold over the top before I put the ring on. It works out perfectly for me since I have the top ring to keep it in place. If I didn't have the top ring, I think it would be too small for me. Without it...well...I'd have to not push the bag all the way to the bottom of the can and tie a knot on top to keep the bag from falling into the can. Let me reiterate...the size of the bag is PERFECT for me with this particular can (Please know I'm not a covert representative from Gatco!!!) In my opinion I don't believe these bags would work in any trash cans taller or wider. I know the item description states it can accomodate cans up to 9" wide and 13" tall, but I really wouldn't trust these bags in cans larger than my stated dimensions. Enough about size...the material thickness is plenty adequate for my bathroom purposes, and the gray color is just perfect for my chrome trash can. I hope this helps you!!

In the past, we’ve recycled grocery bags as trashcan liners. This is a great replacement for recycled grocery bags, and much stronger than cheap can liners. In my video, it picked up my 8 pound weight.

I bought these to bag up cat litter waste. The specialty bags I've seen for bagging up litter are ridiculously expensive. I tried using the doggie waste bags, but they are a tad bit small for my litter scoop, and I inevitably ended up spilling litter out on the floor. These bags are absolutely perfect for scooping litter and waste into. They are large enough for my scoop, but still small enough that I don't feel like I'm wasting a big bag with a small amount of waste. I also use the purple ones for our small bath trash can. I've had no issues with tearing, and we throw out razors and stuff in the bath trash. I'm pretty impressed with these little bags and love the pretty colors, too.

These run small and have narrow openings (no larger than the rest of the bag, very stiff). I bought them for scooping the cat litter box daily, and the openings are so narrow that I can't make then open far enough to lie flat without the exterior of the bag being exposed, so I inevitably end up with cat litter on the floor from where it drops on exterior portions of the bag. They're also difficult to tear off of the roll.

I use these small bags for bathroom, bedroom, office, etc. Handy to keep a roll in my car as well. I keep the roll at the bottom of the bin, so it's always handy and makes it easy to get rid of germy whatever. They tear where they are supposed to, and I've never had one leak through or get a hole. Good deal.
