This is a really good card reader. Windows recognizes immediately It feels very solid compared to the cheaper models. All card reader ports are perfectly aligned (el-cheapo ones are not). It's worth a couple of extra bucks to purchase this one..

for $8, this card reader is great. A little flimsy on the inside, but if you do not force the cards into it, you should be fine.

Sadly, the only thing that works with this is the lights. Plugging a USB device into the available USB 2.0 port will power, but no data recognition whatsoever in the system. Gotta call for a return.

Overall it works... bad fitment into case however, it is a little cockeyed, had to force it straight, for it to look right

This internal card reader has been performing very well under releatively normal loads. Have been using the usb ports and sd card reader quite consistenly without fail, but have not used the remaining ports very much. I like that it fits in my unused diskette slot. Did come with a small faceplate, but did not come with a whole panel so does leave gaps in the front of my pc, as the computer had just a flat blacout panel covering the slot (no big deal however). Very useful and glad I made this purchase.

Bought this as I did not have a reader for multiple cards. After installing, Windows 7 picked it up and was good to go. No issues at this time and looks good in case. Some complain about red light always on but my case is red/black and it goes good.

Plugged into the usb head on the motherboard, and Windows 7 recognized it immediately. No problems with it since. What more do you nedd?
