Terrible customer service
This was an amazing product however the stings snapped after 6 uses which for a premium product is unexceptionable. Contacted the seller hoping to compromise by asking for a cover note to send with them to the value of the cost to have the racket restrug but they were having none or it. I had rackets last a number of years which were a third of the price. Not happy
