Robust and worth the money
This is quite a robust dispenser and is standing up well to my labrador and collie. There are, however two things that mean I do not give it 5 stars:1) because you screw and unscrew the device at the middle, it means if my dogs paw it enough with force around the middle section they can actually unscrew it. It would have been a better design to have the screw further up the ball, to prevent this issue, or a money box style stoper you could open to get the treats in; and,2) you have to cut the teeth at each end yourself with scissors.Whilst these are negatives, there are some advantages:1) it unscrews so you can properly wash it, unlike some other dispensers; and,2) because there is an opening at both ends, you could cut the teeth to different lengths, enabling two sizes of treats to be used.Overall, it's worth the money and robust enough to stand up to two medium-large dogs.

Oh my days ! Finally found something to keep him entertained ! George is a nightmare so now working from home im trying to keep him from been so needy , this kept him quiet for a whole 45 mins ! I used his Harrington s kipple and cut one of the plastic teeth as the kipple wouldn't come out

If it comes apart too easily you haven't tightened it! Don't be put off.
Just thought i should post a review to counter all those that say it comes apart too easily. The first time we used it it did come apart. You just need to tighten a little bit more when you feel resistance. Then you will feel it bind and it will not open. We have never had it come apart since and we have a Vizsla puppy. We used the small one for 2 months and have now moved on to the big one. Our puppy loves it, wags her tail throughout and is completely engaged. For a young puppy, it really helps her calm down in the morning. 15 minutes with the food ball and then she settles down for a rest. And it gives you a bit or respite from really young puppies.I throughly recommend it.

Excellent Toy
I have bought 3 of these now, they come in two sizes. I have ordered the large each time, firstly for one of my dogs as she carries alot of weight despite dieting and prefers to loll around on the sofa than move around. This toy encourages the dog to move around (can be fairly noisy on wood floors) and push and pull and kick the toy around for the kibble to come out. This is the first time since I adopted my dog that she has shown any interest in a toy and it keeps her on the move, interacting with the toy to get her reward. As this was such a hit I ordered more for other rescue dogs. the container unscrews and you must ensure it is tightly screwed back on as some enthusiastic bashing caused it to open twice much to the delight of my dog.I don't feed my own dogs dry food so after much consideration I ordered Fat Dog Slim and put a handful in, then I reduce her raw food accordingly. the internal rubbery prongs can be snipped to allow for different kibble sizes

No good for border collie puppies
I loved the product at first, thinking it would be great for a border collie puppy. It didn't even last her passed 6 months. By 4 months she could unscrew it herself and eat the food out of it. I thought it was a fluke, so put it together again and tightened it back up. No, she took it apart and started to chew it. I took it off her straight away, but one attempted chew was enough to crack it at the side and stop it screwing together. At that point, it was more a risk than entertainment, so I threw it out. I wouldn't buy another one, the Kong variety is far more sturdy.
