I loved how easy and quick this was to use. I did an entire 1700 sq ft home + 2 shower walls using about 5 cans, and had an extra can left over for touch ups. The entire application process took less than 3 hours for everything.For heavily trafficked areas/areas that will see more spills/moisture (kitchens, bathrooms, etc) I would definitely suggest two coats, but even just one coat did the job just fine for us. I mop the entire house a few times a week, we have 2 young children and a dog so our floors see quite a lot. The grout is still brand new looking and it's original color, and liquids on the floor still bead-up rather than absorbing into the grout. There was a spaghetti sauce incident a couple weeks ago, and the sauce cleaned up great and the grout didnt absorb any sauce or stains. It has been about 2 months since using this grout sealer, so I'm not sure how long this product will last. I'm sure it will need to be reapplied in a year or two, but it gets the job done, and it was so much easier to apply than by using a brush or roller applicator and crawling around an entire house on hands and knees.

Make sure you give ample time for it to dry (I waited 48 hours). Once it’s dried, man water beads up perfectly! I can’t speak to how long it will last, but I’m very optimistic after seeing the results when freshly applied. Nice work.

Turns your home into a toxic fume bomb for 4 hours, and doesn't even work that well with 1 coat in high moisture areas. Bathroom needs 2 coats, and it still absorbs water. I wish I had just bought real grout seal and an applicator and took the time to do it right. This spray stuff is for the birds.

I've used other sealers that were essentially worthless. This is a true sealer and works incredibly.

On the spray can, it says the following. Use only in well ventilated areas. Open windows and use fans to circulate air. It is always recommended that gloves, goggles, and NIOSH approved respirator be worn at all times. Allow to cure for 24 hours. Danger: Extremely flammable aerosol. Causes serious eye irritation. May cause drowsiness or dizziness. May be FATAL if swallowed or enters airways. Use only outdoors or in well ventilated area. These things were not stated in the Amazon description of the product.

Easy to apply, smell is strong so make sure you have proper venilation. Sprayed on easily, not a mess to clean up. Used the first bottle as a trial, bought a second after seeing the results

It does smell kind of like paint thinner, but it isnt as bad as others stated. Nozzle is long & skinny making it perfect to spray a thin straight line. It doesnt spray like spray paint which made it super easy. Dries fast & doesnt change color of grout!

We used this product in our bathroom to seal the new grout and works well. It dries fast and was quick and easy to use. Thanks for a great product!
