I like that the supplement is concentrated. It works wonderfully at half of the directed dose to help me rest, and my anxiety is reduced as well.Make sure to use less initially to gauge your body's reaction. Don't mix it with other stuff. I'm not a medical professional.

As far as I know this product works well for the person who wanted it. They said other than the smell when they mixed the drops in with a flavored drink it was tolerable and helped with certain pains in their joints.

I happened on this when looking for herbal supplements for anxiety and read a review that mentioned someone was using it in bubbly water to replace beer. You are a genius, whoever you are. Although the taste can't compare, especially to the beers produced locally in the northwest, neither can the calorie count. The extract is so dark brown that a couple droppers full make a pint glass full of bubble water look like a lighter IPA. For some extra flavor I've added lemon juice too and that is pretty exciting too! Great product, great ideas in the review section.

Terrible taste. It didn't work for me. I tried it many times..not just one night. I suffered thru the taste. Maybe it will be different for others.

good relaxant and a concentrate delivers a good bit of benefit without swallowing pills. my husband prefers getting his hops in the form of beer. I only gave it 3 stars because it can only work if it's used and drops just don't get used around here with the ease of capsules or "liquid" relaxation. If you can get used to the concentrate it helps you relax without the weight gain or other negative effects of beer.

All of Nature's Answer extract are the strongest. Helps me with getting to sleep.

hasnt worked as well as i would like for the inflammation and pain in my hand due to arthritis-BUT in the beginning it helped me to sleep thru the night :) Not sure if I should up the dose or what but I will keep trying.

Hops liquid is soo helpful to anyone esp us oldie goldies who need a good nite's rest and sleep..without all the addictive results of many other sleeping aids..It is the ingredient that is in beer..well, I've never even tried nor drank beer but hops sure does make one relaxed! Best part is you can adjust the amount you need by the little dropper..only a few drops or several..
