I have chosen the ideas that were the most popular and helped both children and adults handle anger in safe ways that didn't hurt them, others, or things. I have this poster in my office and it is used on a regular basis. Often it lead to discussions regarding the safe expression of anger, and also things that cause problems. We all need to find ways to express and handle anger. Here is some helpful information about anger: Anger is a healthy feeling. Anger is not right or wrong. The problem we have with anger involves how we express our anger. Many feelings come out through the doorway of anger. Anger is unhealthy when we hurt ourselves, others, or things.
