Yana Shiki MIR25CBR Carbon OEM Style Right Side Mirror for Honda CBR F4/F4i/RC51/RVT 1000R

These mirrors are pretty good replacements for the original mirrors on my Honda F4I. The glass is clear and so there is no distortion when looking in the mirrors. The Carbon pattern looks good and really sells the idea that they are carbon fiber.Where these mirrors are weak is the bolt. The slot for the Allen just does not seem to fit any of the Allen wrenches I have. I have both metric and standard but neither really had a good fit so it was very difficult to get it tightened enough that they would stay in place. I am going to try using my older bolts but I think they may be a slightly larger bolt so not sure it would fix this problem.I was finally able to get it tight enough so that I am not constantly changing them so that I can actually use them. But to get it to that point I took several days to get it to that point. Each time I was very worried about stripping the hole used to tighten or loosen the bolt. But as one of the lowest price mirrors I could find, it is doing what it is supposed to do so I am not thinking about buying another one so they are a good replacement.Oh they are labeled wrong too so both of them say they are for the right side. Or was it the left side. I went to the company web site and the same typo is listed there too. The model number indicates which side the mirror is for so I am sure I put them on the right side but the description is the same for both. They both look the same so I do not think that putting them on the wrong side would actually make a difference anyway.

massive dimple and distortion on the outside edge of mirror. the mirror only has about 60% usefull visibility. The packaging and delivery was well above par. arrived much sooner than expected.
