Easy to put together but read the instructions. I had almost finished and then noticed that I hadn’t fitted the hanging hook! Be gentle with the hands when taking the plastic covering off them as they will bend very easily. Time was detected and set within 20 ‘minutes of it being hung back on the wall. The tick is reasonably loud in a quiet room but this has been used in a hallway where it doesn’t matter. All in all great for the price.

The clock arrived without the positioning pin in place, and as a result will not set accurately to its 'home' position before powering up. So the time is always inaccurate, and the clock is useless.

I used it to drive a clock that I made from a WW2 bomber Tacho, so I didn't want to have to adjust it for DST - it worked perfectly once I'd sorted out how to use it. (updates seems to happen overnight rather than every 15 mins as the instructions seemed to imply)

Keeps good time.

I found it quite simple to fit this mechanism by following the enclosed instructions, although fitting the hands was a little fiddly. It started well & carried out the actions as described. However, after a few weeks running, the second hand has stopped working, although the hours & minutes hands still work & are accurate.I wanted to contact the seller to ask if there was something I could do to get it working properly, but I could not find any link to do this. If I could, then perhaps this could have been sorted out & then I could have given a higher rating.If they would like to contact me & this can be sorted, then I would be happy to re-rate this.

My old clocks stopped working so I upgraded them to Atomic accuracy

As I say it is NOT silent as described. Disappointing.
