1st day and I WILL UPDATE AFTER MY FIRST 20 DAY CHALLENGE BUT I have to say the taste is very tolerable! With lemon it's great while I watch my favorite TV show Zatch Bell! Drink 2 cups in the morning and 2 cups at night and exercise HIIT training with clean eating and the results should cone through! I will update after 20 days!
