This is a horrible set of knives. I'm not even sure where to begin but here goes. First and foremost, they aren't sharp when received. You have to sharpen them yourself. About they only thing they would cut through successfully was butter. Even after sharpening, it's a cheap grade of metal in the blades and they need constant resharpening. When dull they have difficulty cutting through a block of cheese cleanly.The wooden block is poorly cut to the dimensions of the knives themselves. They are a very tight fight in the block and against once another when in the block.The small "rivets" seen in the handles are decorative and aren't rivets at all. I bought this set of knives in early summer 2016 and all of the rivets have fallen off of the knives by Christmas of 2016.Spend a few extra bucks and buy a different set of knives. These are bad.

The media could not be loaded.  I have been needing a new set of knives for a while, so I was excited to try these out! I have to say, I love these. First off the knives and block are nicely wrapped to keep them safe and secure. Once opened I was surprised how nice the set was. The Pine wood block is beautiful and will look great on any counter. It holds the high-carbon stainless-steel blades perfectly. They are very durable, cut amazingly and are tarnish & rust resistant! I love the black handles they give off a nice classic look and are very comfortable to hold in your hand. All around a great product! If you have any questions please don't be afraid to ask.

I really needed a knife sets so this product is just the right set for me. I love that it's hand wash because I hand wash all my knives anyway. The blade is definitely good product it's super sharp and the grip on the handle is just right. And I like how the wooden block is not bulky at all. Overall the knife set is awesome if u want a really good quality knife set with affordable price this set is for you.

For $20, you won't find much better. That said, it's $20, and it'll only get you so much. The knives are decently sharp, though it doesn't compare to a decent Cuisinart set (granted, that's going to set you back at least 4-5x the price of this one). The block is cheap, and occasionally it takes some maneuvering to get the utility knives into their slots appropriately, but otherwise, in a pinch or as a gift for someone who needs a new set on the cheap, I would buy this again.

Great Knife set for the price. I have another set that cost a lot more but they do not have the nice wooden block on the counter so I always have to fish through the door to find the knife I am looking for. I like that these sit nicely on my counter in a wooden block. There are multiple knives to choose from depending on what your are cutting and they even have a pair of scissors. Overall perfect for the price.
