Poor Shipping procedures
I LOVE the color, style, and simple beauty of this hat up close and personal but it wasn't protected well during shipping and the brim was badly mangled. The brim NEEDS to be protected and they didn't do that for this product. I strongly recommend that the company rethink how to ship this and possibly put a plastic hat bowl inside it like the other company did with my other new hat--it arrived looking pristine!Three stars because the design was well thought out.

Great hat for large head
I love this hat! I like the way it looks and it fits me quite well. My head is 22.75 inches and it’s hard to find hats that I like in my size and this one is a winner.

I needed the hat for vacationing and I like the hat.
When I received the hat I tried to pull the string inside the hat to tighten it up to make it smaller. As I pulled the string, the ribbon that held the string inside it frayed open. I couldn’t take it with me on vacation as it would’ve been too big for me.
