First of all, I bought this on sale right after Xmas, so great price. Shipping was quick and the unit was packaged properly....However, the laser did not work. I'm pretty sure there was a short on the circuit board of the laser. I worked with these things for years and I'm 99% sure that was the problem. I contacted the company by email and they were extremely courteous and very helpful, but still couldn't get it to work. They recommended returning the unit through Amazon which I did as an exchange. The new unit worked right out of the box. I'm very pleased with this purchase and this company. Highly recommended.

I am not a competitive or world class shooter so I cannot fully speak of the accuracy of the product. I can say I see improvement when I shoot live rounds, and dry firing and live firing are giving me very similar results so this product is accurate enough for my needs and uses.Product is very easy to use and set up. I have fired at least one hundred rounds a week since I got it so it has already more than paid for itself when compared to live ammo and range costs. Included target is basic but I knew it was going to be basic before I purchased it. Basic fits me just fine. Same with the app. I can see round by round after I shoot my shots. That's all I need. There are other targets and in app purchases if you want to do extra. I just want to shoot more accurate so I do not intend to purchase any of the extra stuff.I do recommend, and I would surely buy this product again.

Practical for days you can't get to the range. Money saver on ammo. Competition between family helps accuracy.

Great for at home practice.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas. Don’t ask me the specifics but he uses it regularly to practice his aim. He taught me how to properly aim, too.We pulled it out one day the range closed because it rained too hard and we were supposed to go out with our friends. Our shooting day was not lost. Our friends fell in live with the product also. My husband hasn’t experienced any issues with it and it has brought a smile to everyones face who uses it. It looks very easy to use although I have not set it up personally.

Easy to set up. Seems accurate. Too new to talk about durability. I like it.

I want to start off by saying I absolutely love the ELMS system. It has allowed me to practice how I want to while being 100% safe. It has also allowed me to zero in red dots without burning through copious amounts of ammo.Recently I damaged the rear cap for my 9mm ELMS. I was able to bend the small metal tab that holds the rubber strike pad back to a semi-normal position but was wondering if it was possible to purchase a new rear cap from ELMS. I reached out to them directly and Eric at ELMS sent me a replacement out the next day. Truly exceptional customer service.
