Therefore, if you take 2 drops (250 mcg) of our vitamin B12 per day, then the bottle should last you roughly 600 days. Please note that our product has a 2 year expiration date from the date that it was made on. The date of manufacturing is located on the bottom of the unit along with the lot/batch number.
