The first one I ordered was a complete disaster, all the parts were missing except the cover. The second one arrived, also missing parts. Keep in mind it's 110 pounds and over 6 feet long to return.... It's been months since I got the second one, and I'm still waiting for parts. The last excuse was they couldn't ship me the parts "because of the epidemic". The way it's built, ALL the water drains in the bed without the drain adapters and hoses that are supposed to come with it. Customer service from Amazon is a bit better than this company, but not much. Neither wanted to offer assistance in getting all the parts (lost due to cheap packaging) and the last couple of attempts to contact either resulted in crickets. Don't waste your money on this. it's not worth the frustration.

There are no instructions for putting this together. There are rubber seals here but no idea where or how they go. On the install there are parts that are stripped. This VEVOR does not have sealed roller bearings like the other lines such as Retrax. Parts are missing!You get what you pay for this is definitely junk. Never again will I ever by anything from VEVOR. Stay away or accept the pain and anguish for a substandard product. I have owned a Roll N Lock in the past and for many years from 2004 it was flawless. This is not a new idea but this is a $&@“?!/() knock off of a great concept. Buyer run away.
