Sliders are amazing! For under $20 you can have a total body workout. The work on carpet, tile, wood, linoleum, and probably any other flooring surface imaginable. These sliders come with a handydandy que card with excercise suggestions That hit every muscle group. Great for AMRAP - beginners and experts a like. Great for core fitness, stability, and a coordination. Highly recommended. I have a set at home and at the office. Great for travel, too!

There are times when I don't have time to make it to my bootcamp class, and we use these quite frequently. I decided to buy a pair for myself to use at home for those days I don't make it to class. These are great. They slide on my rugs, carpets, and well as other flooring types! So glad to be able to use these at home! Great for abs, and legs! The cushioned side is very nice as well. Comfortable to use. So very happy with this product.

This is a good deal, it slides on multiple surfaces with no problems. They are small, light weight, and easy to fit in a gym bag. These seem well made. The only issue I have with these sliders is if I am just wearing socks, my feet slip off occasionally. The sliders are a great alternative to the more expensive ones that do the exact same thing. Work great on carpet or hardwood floor. Minor complaint is that the slider size seems to be a little too small for my feet, so you have to occasionally adjust your foot positioning on the pads to find balance. But over all very pleased with this.

Love these! So many great core exercises you can use with these. I took them to Iceland with me a few weeks ago, and used them while on vacation for a convenient, easy-to-bring-along workout. I also keep them in my car and use both at home and at the gym, as part of my regular workout. They are a great complement to weight-lifting and TRX, and work the core, and various muscle groups in a slightly different way. I also love how they are 2-sided, which enables you to use them on either wood floors, or carpet. Highly recommend!

I love these I used them at the gym and at home. I love the fact that it comes with a sheet with several core work out this will help if you dont know what to start with. It is smoothie on all surface so far I have used it on tile, wood, and turf wirh no issues.

I've been very happy with my purchase of URBNFit's Core Sliders! It took a little getting used to, making certain my feet didn't slide off of them, but the work out is really tremendous and I am so happy that I bought them. I use them on carpet and while I wish there was a way to grip them a bit better, I've gotten used to their flat shape and I use them every day. The exercises are hitting muscle groups that my usual boxing workout doesn't. Very happy with my purchase(yes, I bought them, with no additional discount for providing a review), and I would(and have)recommended them to others.

Bonjour, Je tiens à préciser c'est un vrai avis, Ils sont juste super je les utilise tous les jours pour faire mes exercices de Fitness, il glissent bien sur la face adapté au parquet, et de plus on peut faire énormément d'exercices avec ! Je recommande ce produit 10 fois.

Perfect size and thickness. Comes with workout guide for beginners. Doesn’t scratch my hardwood floors and works on carpet. If it scratched your floors, you’re using it wrong. If the foam came off after a couple uses, you are using it incorrectly and putting too much pressure on it.
