First time sublimating and I got the right sublimation ink from the right seller. In the pictures the white lines on the tumbler and mug are not defects the finished mugs are so shiny they show reflected light but the look of the tumbler and mug is beyond belief. This seller has a great product and the price and quality can't be beat. Will be my go-to seller from now on. Converted Epson ET 2800 with this ink and the bottles fit perfectly on the ink cartridges with no problems so far...

This is the second time purchasing the sublimation uv ink. I really do like it as the colours are bright and vibrant. My first order was great, I received what I'd ordered but this time I received the bottles that use gloves and syringes. After contacting the seller I was offered a $20 refund or return them. If I hadn't have needed it I would have returned but with shipping times I choose to keep. A little more caution when picking orders would be great. I'm really not looking forward to trying to fill my tanks with a syringe.

Printers Jack is an AMAZING sublimation company. The ink I’ve bought in the past has been nothing but perfection! When I saw these new bottles in the ink type (UV) that I have always used I jumped at it - especially at the price. When the first order arrived however it was the wrong version of the ink (not UV but regular). I spoke to amazon who said that it had intact been picked wrong, send it back and reorder to get the correct. Well I did that and yet again received the wrong version 🤦🏼‍♀️ Sooooo if your looking for the UV type I’d stay away from buying the new bottle style until they get their wearhouse picking system corrected.
