Camera screen not working
I had bought this kids camera which was suppose to be a present for our granddaughter back home. To our disappointed we found that the back screen was not working when we tried in our country. I can understand that the return date was on 13 May, but unfortunately we arrived only on 17 May in Dubai. Since I am a very regular customer of yours I would be very grateful if you can consider my case and replace it. It would make my granddaughter very happy.

Description doesn't match the product
It describes the camera has 20MP, but it is not. It doesn't even have the clarity of a camera in the 90s. Will not recommend.
