They four stars is only because I assumed that the gummies would be sweet like candy lol. They are tasty BUT they have a slight kick to them..(thank God I like spicy!) even though it's says "mixed berry" the mixture of Sage, Tumeric and Black Pepper gives it a very slight spicy taste to it..Maybe the company could've dusted them with sum sugar or sumthin' to make them sweeter (yessssss I know that would defeat the whole purpose of them being guud for U😩) BUT all in all they are still guud though! Are they really guud for Ur mental health? I must say that I have been much calmer and less stressed for the 2½ weeks I've been taking them. The consistency of them are definitely gummies..I hope this helps y'all

When I first found ashwaganda in the powder form I was amazed to see how fast that it worked. It takes my highly emotional, crabby, cantankerous wife, and turns her into the sweetest baby doll 🥰. The media could not be loaded. Update: So, I opened both jars to see what they were like and found that the first jar (on the right in the video) was soft, chewy and what I was used to. (Great pain reliever and sleep aid). While the other jar (on the left in the video), was not as tasty and tough to chew. I am not sure if the additional powder sprinkled over them, designed to keep them from sticking, was the cause of this or not. However, I could really tell the difference. In any case, the company did satisfy the order. I still really like the porduct over other brands.I've ordered these before and they were really fresh and nice, but after reading a review and seeing a picture of a jar of gummies that look similar to mine, I decided not to open mine. They have this white powder substance on the inside of them in which I saw one person said they tasted dried out. Not sure what happened with this batch, but I felt as if my previous dash had a better effect on me than the Goli brand of Ashwagandhi. So I will be getting back with the company to possibly get a replacementor just simply returning them for a refund.
