I suffer from insomnia due to Lyme disease and this stuff helps me get at least 4 hours at a time!

This stuff works well. I don’t feel wacked the next day. I usually use only 1/2 pill. Messy to split in half- wish they made 1/2 dosage.

This product works as advertised, and is just what I was looking for. Would recommend it to others having a need for help getting a good nights sleep.
