This thing is perfect for a Low Country Seafood Boil. Fill the basket, put it in your 40qrt pot, and you are off and running. Very high quality.

Fit's my 32 quart aluminum pots perfectly!
Used to replace lost 32 quart basket used with 2 x 32 quart aluminum pots. I compared inner dimensions to product outer dimensions listed, and this basked is perfect full area fit for use with deep fried wings, seafood boils etc.I may buy this again for my second pot, for use when I co-host large seasonal parties providing large quantities of deep fried wings in peanut oil etc.I rated 4 for sturdiness and value for money as time will tell that tale, but it appears to be well made and overall good value for money.

40 quart model Fits ALST-40
Other reviewers have mentioned poor fit in their 40 qt stock pots. As described, this fits perfectly inside Winco's ALST-40. There is about 1/2" surrounding the circumference of the basket and enough room above that the recessed lid still fits without interference.I have used this once for home brewing, brew-in-a-bag method (BIAB) and am pleased. Arrives with a waxy coating. Follow product instructions for initial cleaning and conditioning.The basket is not overwhelmingly robust but has met my expectations for the price.

The 40QT steamer basket fits my 32QT boiling pot perfect!!! Just check your measurements of your pot beforehand. The 32QT steamer basket was to small for my 32QT pot.

matching steamer basket does not fit 40qt pot
bought the 40qt winco stainless pot and the "matching" 40qt steamer basket. Does not match. Does not fit. Can not put lid onto stock pot while basket is inside. Amazon sent me a replacement which was identical to the first and did not fit either. Both going back. Would like a matching 40qt steamer basket if someone can explain to me which one I need... clearly its not the matching winco one.
