Half of Rated Power. Emits Massive RF Noise.
Before purchasing this, I found online reviews warning the Chinese solar panels only produce half their rated power at best. So, I bought one rated for at least twice my actual needs. So, yes, it can put out up to 20W+ in the middle of a bright sunny day when aimed properly at the sun. I can accept that. However, that's not its biggest deficit.I have no interest in the USB outputs since I'm only using the 19V output to a separate, RF quiet, solar charge controller. The built-in solar controller is the cheapest one the manufacturer could get their hands on. It seems to emit more RF energy into the air than it passes on to the 19V output. In fact, it emits so much RF noise all over the radio spectrum it's a wonder the FCC doesn't ban the sale of them. Unfortunately, the built-in solar controller for the USB charge ports cannot be bypassed. In fact, you'd have to do irreversible damage to the plastic case around the built-in controller in order to open it up. I'm returning it.I'm especially disappointed because I was counting on using this solar panel very soon for a ham radio expedition.

Gave me about 22W output in full sun with multiple solar controllers
I thought this would be a great choice for highly mobile charging of my batteries and solar generators. I have a Bioenno battery with a Buddipole Power Mini, a Bluetti 240, a couple of smaller off-brand devices and an Omnicharge 20+. All of the devices have mpp solar controllers. I normally use the Bluetti 200W panels to charge a lot of these devices, but they aren't the greatest for portability into the backcountry.I wanted to love this thing. It comes with a number of connectors to go from the 5.5x2.1 plug into a number of devices. I really wanted this thing to work with the Omnicharge and the Buddipole / Bioenno combo for a light(er) weight solution while outdoors. I used these in a few different setups over the last week or so and I've never been able to get more than 20-22 watts out of the panels. This is about 36% efficiency. Not great. This is in full sun and at different angles and orientations on a mild 70-80 degree day. I have other larger panels that tested at 75-80% efficiency with these same devices. I'm able to max out the devices at 60W or get 150+W on the Bluetti charger.I'm going to try a couple of the other options to see if I can find something a little better. It's a real shame because other than the efficiency of this unit, it fits most of my needs.

Will never hit max power
I've tried to get near max power ,any times, and the closest I came was in the low 30s. That's okay. I use this with my jackery and it works. I had these before I bought the Jackery, otherwise I would have bought the matching panels. The worst thing about these is that if you create a shadow on the panels, the charging won't automatically jump back up. I had to unplug this and then plug it back in to get it to go back up to a fast charge, which I think is kind of a deal breaker. But I have used this at the beach where the sun is plentiful, and it worked well.

Able to fast-charge a Pixel 4 XL
Tested it on a sunny day and plugged my Pixel 4 XL directly into it. I was getting about 1% charge per minute out of it, on par with a wall charger. The panel folds up into a very convenient package that's about 2 pounds in weight and would easily fit into a bag. I constructed a rigid frame for it out of 1/2" Schedule 40 PVC and used velcro cable ties to attach it via the mounting loops provided, allowing it to be hung from a backpack or positioned as-needed to give it access to the sun. The best use for this would be to charge a large powerbank during the day, then use that to charge your phones overnight.

Picky buyer
The cost per watt is high compared to some other products. I can be picky about price unless it's justified by quality. In my opinion there are comparible products within a couple dollars of eachother with the slightly cheaper ones "value" and "usability" being ZERO.This panel meets all my needs exceptionally well and is absolutely worth the 20 gallons of organic whole milk.
