Cooks up well not gritty and have a smooth texture

Such a treat to have a delicious GF food thats easy to make. Just throw them in boiling dinner & as soon as they float to the top in a few minutes you’re good to go. These are a regular for both family meals & company. A little EVOO &/or butter, salt & pepper, thyme & parmesan is all you need.

My son is allergic to wheat and we love this gnocchi. You can't tell it's gluten free.

My other half has a gluten allergy, and we find GF pasta mostly unbearable. This is much closer to non-GF gnocchi (store bought, nothing is as good as homemade) and was quite good. We found it to be slightly bitter, but still really good. I would buy it again.We boiled it just until they began to float. Then we transferred the drained gnocchi to a pan, added a homemade sauce, topped with mozzarella and parmigiana cheese and and baked it for 20 minutes at 375. Topped with fresh basil and a bit of crushed red pepper. Very good. Enjoy!

These are great. I found Sanniti while looking for gluten free pasta. It is amazing, has the flavor and texture of real pasta without the mushy Rice texture of other gluten free products

Many gluten free foods have a different texture and taste is a bit different than regular gluten containing foods. Not these though. No one would ever know the difference. Great taste and texture and held up incredibly well in a soup. A bit pricey but all GF items are.

Just to much salt

Very tasty, one pack is enough for 2 meals. They are super quick to cook and very good.
