Initial problem with suction cups resolved immediately.
Had some initial problems with two of the four suction cups. The manufacturer addressed the problem the same day the issue was reported and resolved to my satisfaction. Increased rating to 5-stars based on manufacture attention to customer being happy with purchase.Thank-you to EkoGreene!

Very light sturdy quality construction
This little bird feeder exceeded my expectations. Very light sturdy quality construction. Easy installation makes for instant gratification. This transparent feeder is brilliant. What a different perspective I get with such close observation of a variety of beautiful birds. I was just absolutely delighted with this brilliant product. This just made my Christmas shopping list for friends and family at this affordable price. I plan on ordering more very soon. Christmas will be here before you know it!!

but pretty sad right out of the box
This would have been a decent product if the suction cups had not arrived COMPLETELY MANGLED! Edges bent outwards so they would not form a seal. Maybe after some time the cups will reshape themselves, but pretty sad right out of the box.

Not for me - Disappointed
This arrived with a crack in the plastic and the suction cups completely flattened out. It would not stay stuck to anything. I believe this is a good idea but poor execution on the packaging. Suction cups need to be included but not already assembled as doing so and then packaging them in such a small box smashes them. Once they are flat, they are not of a thick enough quality to get back into shape. Sending back for refund. If the item was less expensive it may have been worth it to try to purchase new suction cups but then I'd still be left with a cracked item.

This is one of two window feeders we have. The birds just don't like this one as much as the other one. I quickly figured out why. There is very little space for them to perch on. the roof part hangs so low in the front and the perch perch part comes up so high that only tiny birds can feed from it because they literally can't sit comfortably in the opening. The only birds that attempt it are the tiny ones, and then only when the other feeder is out of seed.They'll fly by this this feeder to get to the window next to it that has this feeder on it: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00TI7OPP2/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1I believe that's because it has plenty of space for them to comfortably perch. Also, the suction cups on this one fall off and it keeps falling off the window.

Suction cups arrived damaged, but feeder is great with replacement cups
First, the bad: 3 of the 4 suction cups were bent, so they wouldn't stick.The good: Replacement suction cups are cheap. Also, you may have luck boiling the bent suction cups and then sticking them to a countertop to return to their original shape.I was skeptical that this feeder would even attract birds, but it does! Me and my kids sit at the kitchen table and watch the birds from less than 3 feet away. Also, the removable seed tray with drain holes is a great feature. I can clean the seed tray and refill it without taking the whole feeder off the window.

Suction cups bent out of shape
All four suction cups were bent or warped – making them useless. They come pre-installed and stick out beyond the edges of the feeder. When the feeder is packed into the retail box, the parts that stick out get permanently mangled. This issue has been ongoing for sometime to judge by past reviews and appears to be not very rare. Several reviewers have had the simple idea of letting the customer install the cups.My solution was to buy 4 larger heavy-duty suction cups. Then you get to really enjoy the birds coming to the feeder!

Perfect gift
I purchased this product for my grandmother for Christmas. Very easy and fast to assemble. It holds more bird feed than expected. My grandmother loves looking at this through her window, while washing dishes! Would recommend!
