Greg Darnall Loomis BS 3/8 High Port Bit The 3/8" high port is just thin enough in to put a little pressure on the bars with ample tongue relief. The tall port works off of the roof of the mouth and will provide even more palate pressure when used with a loose curb chain. While it packs well, it will produce some "whoa" power. Not at ALL as pictured. The one on the left is my old greg darnall, the right is what I got...I love my older greg darnall and wanted a replacement but the angles are completely different from what was pictured!!! Once my refund and return has finished processing I'm going to buy a Tom balding.
