HDMI to RJ45 Extender, HDMI to RJ45 Ethernet Network Converter Over by Cat5-e/6 Cable Splitter 1080p up to 30m/98ft Repeater for HDTV HDPC PS4 STB

This is a great and much needed purchase. It easily converts a tested and working ethernet cable into an hdmi connection. It comes in a pair and is labeled to make sure that you make your connection from your source to your display or equipment of choice in the right direction. It literally takes seconds to connect and install. So far, I have had no resolution or sound issues of any kind. It works just as well if not better than a standard hdmi cable. The only problem I have had with this item is that it only works on short runs, usually 25 feet or shorter. For longer lengths than that you will have to install a powered hdmi extender. But that isn't necessarily the hdmi adaptors fault, long length power issues have always been a problem for any ethernet cabling or coax.

Happy 2023 Everyone!!!🥳 I purchased this item/product to run a 75ft length of cat6 cable from a hdmi splitter to provide signal,audio and video,to a second monitor in my living room that I wanted on 24/7 to have eyes on the parking lot at our apartment building due to the recent increase in catalytic converter thefts and car break in's,which has has to me as well as other tenants in the past four months. With out the use of these extender/ repeaters,the signal to the monitors was not strong enough because of the length of the cat6 cable and resulted in a distorted and pixelated image. So I highly recommend these extenders if you are running cat5/6 cables to provide a video and audio signal or a hdmi connection over a 50ft distance. I'm attaching a video of a recent incident that happened on 12-29-22.This is why I needed the second monitor and this product helped me with my installation needs. Thanks Amazon!!

Does not work at all! And as described in the product description. Used a 50 foot (15 meter) CAT 6 cable, made sure I put the TX and RX at the right ends, even tried in reverse. No picture or HDMI signal!I thought reading reviews that said what I just said above will not be my situation... I was wrong! Should've read and trusted everyone with similar review and experience like mine! Returning it within hours of receiving, Amazon actually wants it back - a $10 defective item that should just belong in the trash and never exist! :/DO NOT BUY!

Decent product for what I paid for it works as intended wish it would be easier to understand which set goes where put one and two rather than RX and TX one goes in the side transferring to goes on the side going in products okay using a 6 m cat 5e cable still tinkering with it to make sound go through but that could just be the old busted cable I have.When I have more finances I will replace it with a 6 m cat 7 cable

I have been using these (3 sets) to push video from my gaming rig downstairs to 3 of the tvs throughout my house (living room, bedroom, garage). They all work (I am using Cat6 cables but cat5e rj45s I applied). Image quality and sound are spectacular (though I am not an audiophile, so understand that I just don't notice any negative issues with the sound).Great product for an unreasonably low price.
