Edit 2: well I have to hand it to their customer service! Definitely worth a 5 star rating! After I posted about my issue I got an email the very next day from the customer service department apologizing for the issue I’ve been having. The wonderful representative I formed me that my faucet has a 5 year warranty and sent me the new pressure valve which arrived the very next day. The new valve works great and the leak is gone!!! Cannot say enough good things about the customer service this company has. Things will break down, it happens, but it’s always nice to see that a company stands behind their product and treats their customers with such care. Edit 1: We bought this faucet and installed it in our guest bath that doesn’t get used much at all. I was very excited to find such a nice faucet for an affordable amount as you can see by my previous review. Unfortunately, the faucet started leaking significantly at the control pressure valve less than a year after being installed. We tried buying the same faucet to use just for parts and for whatever reason the pressure valve is different now (the new one is black while the old one was a cream color) and it won’t stop the water from flowing at all. Same faucet, valves look the same other than the color and yet the new valve that came with the new faucet won’t work. Very disappointing. I’ve looked for a spare part to buy everywhere but can’t find it. Now I have to tear up the bathroom to replace the whole system.Works great, looks great, easy to install! It took me forever to find an affordable black shower set that had all three settings- tub, shower and wand. I was so happy to find this one and it did not disappoint. The pressure is great, and it looks super sleek. Could not love it more!

UPDATE: (changed review to 5 stars)I sent an email to the vendor. They quickly responded and sent a replacement pressure valve which we installed today and is working fabulously. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and making it right. We have two of these shower systems. The bathroom that has only been used a handful of times had issues. The bathroom we use daily has had no issues.****************************In late 2019, we ordered two of these for an addition. Our guest shower has been used maybe 5 times. The cartridge started leaking the other day. Not sure how to get that one part for the entire system.

We were so excited to unpack this gorgeous shower set. Had already spent a bundle on my new walk in shower. This set was so reasonable and so well built. HOWEVER.....devestating development. The valve was installed and had a handy level built in to the cover so as to be certain when the face plate (square so NO room for error!) would be perfectly level. So it was screwed to the supports based on that. Before we put up t he mud board and tiled we checked it by putting the face plate over it. OFF by a 1/4 bubble. OMG...plumbing was already installed. So we checked the box itself, ignoring the built in level. Sure enough, the SIDE of the plastic box was plumb, the BACK was downhill, in other words, the shower valve box was way out of square. So we carefully unscrewed it and tried to correct the horizontal box to level. Got it a little but, but the plumbing was not allowing all it needed. Tried a bit again and got it to within a tolerable level. Put up the mud board and tiled. Installed the face plate on the finished project and HOLY COW, it had somehow sunk back to the original unlevel position so the face plate is now crooked. AND the face plate has no place to fasten it to the wall and no 'play' to allow to correct it. I am FURIOUS AND SICK about this because there is NO correcting now. Hundreds of dollars in tile and labor and this is UNFIXABLE. Such an important thing...We should never have trusted their built in level, but even after finding the problem, because the box was so far out of square we find it was apparently flexible enough to return to it's shape anyway. SO sad as this is the shower of my dreams (I' m 66 years old and this cost me a fortune) and I have to look at a crooked face plate forever now. Horrible...So other that the beautiful design and finish.....awful...

I have no complaints with anything with this product, nothing was broke and we had no issues on the installation. Some people will not understand but the instructions included or for a Faucet that controls a tub spigot and a showerhead. The company should’ve actually included the new instructions for a three-way diverter valve yes this unit will work just fine for mini uses our last one was a rain head from the ceiling, a regular showerhead which was included in the kit, and Last but not least the spray wand mounted separately included with this kit. If you read be patient and install it correctly I feel you will have no problems very satisfied with the finish in the usability of this product thank you

Absolutely love this shower faucet! Delivery was quick through prime, this is all metal connections except where the handheld shower connects to the hose. The three way selector is great allowing the tub faucet to be solid with no pull for the shower. The selector rotates either way and does not have a stop so you can just keep going in either direction.Everything was packed with care and there was not a scratch on anything. This is hard to do with Oil Rubbed products. I would recommend this for anyone that is doing a bath/shower renovation. The half inch connectors make it easy to connect no matter what plumbing you are using, in my case I used PEX
