A: As far as I know, this warranty is only available when purchasing a new iphone from an accreditated Apple dealer.

**Q: Can they item be returned if I change my mind?**
A: Of course you can.  When you buy something online it is covered by The Consumer Contracts Regulations as of 13 June 2014

**Q: I bought 12 Pro when camera is facing front it vibrates is this a software issue or does it need returned. Bought it mid jan for 11/2 birthday prezzie**
A: There are lots of posts online regarding this problem. It seems it can be very difficult to cure. I would speak to the seller’s customer services first. If it’s still under return warranty, then I’d return it for a replacement or refund.

After 5/6 months the phone stopped charging and would switch off unexpectedly. I contacted the company who offered to repair it, so I sent my phone away and it was then returned 3 weeks later. I had to chase this up on a number of occasions, no one would answer the phone and I couldn’t get a straight answer on what was wrong with my phone. When it was returned to me I contacted them to find out what had actually been repaired. I was told the battery had been replaced. However 3 weeks later the same problem happened. I contacted them again and they offered to repair it again. I refused this and requested they just refund me. I was told I would be refunded. However after returning the phone, and waiting about two weeks for someone to get back to me, I was told it would be a partial refund. I have disputed this but they have gone ahead and refunded me almost half the cost of what I paid for the phone. They are also not returning any emails after emailing them to dispute this partial refund. I am out of pocket and have had to buy another phone - from another company! The customer service has been terrible and I would not recommend buying anything from UR.co.uk!
