Dakine Cyclone Ii Dry Pack 36L - Sun Flare, One Size

I liked how light the backpack is and how comfortable it is to carry. Unfortunately it is not durable. Within the first use it developed a hole. I reached out to product support but they did not respond. I found patches at Amazon to close the hole but I feel that the pack needs to be reinforced at the bottom. It will probably develop more holes or tears.
