We had an issue with a broken piece that happened during shipping. The shop was Incredible to work with. They gave us several options. They shipped us a replacement piece that we installed. They were extremely helpful and stayed in touch.

Packaging was great nothing was damaged. It was smaller than I had thought but the colors were very bright and it was a great gift.

Very tiny upon arrival, picture decieving
This thing was so disappointing... Super tiny. I mean very very small. Wouldn't have paid 50$ for it. It's the size of a vinyl record, even smaller than that.

Broke and Small
It came with a piece broken and half the lights didn't work. Not to mention the dimensions listed are of the backboard not the actual size of the logo/image.
