ShoeiCWR-F2 Shield (HI-DEF Yellow)

No more worrying about getting caught after dark with a smoked visor. The transition is fast from clear to dark and back to clear and visibility is amazing in all lights. The only issue I have is I am having trouble finding a Pinlock that fits this visor. The one that came with my RF-1400 doesn't fit and the replacement suggestion I got from here doesn't fit either.

Needed this for my eyes after having cancer surgery from sun damage around one of my eyes. I have learned to protect them now, for they're the only pair I will ever have.

The shield provides a good tint in the sunlight and works as designed when it gets dark. Good quality. Happy with the purchase.

This is my second Shoei transitions visor. My first one was for my RF-1200. That one is over 5 years old and lasted though a low fall so I'm trusting this visor will be just as good. It gets almost as dark as the smoked visor. The transition time is fast. I often ride into the sun and no visor can blocker out all the light. Instead of wearing sunglasses when needed I added the Helmet Sunblocker to the top of the visor. It's great a combination of products and in certain situations, a life saver. I suggest this visor for every RF-1400.

Great product. Don't fall for the Chinese knock off nonsense. Get the real thing. This visor gets pretty dark during the day and will adapt to the level of daylight or overcast that is out there. Night rides are solid as well, clear as day. Would absolutely buy another.

I was attracted by the idea of this product - one visor to rule them all. Unfortunately, in sunlight (especially direct sunlight), this comes nowhere close to dedicated dark visors. You will need sunglasses inside the helmet. I'll probably still use this product as it is easier than changing from clear to dark and lugging around whichever one is not in use. But perhaps my expectations were unreasonable in thinking this product would block out a meaningful amount of sun.

Pricey, but does the trick! No more carrying my sun glasses.

all I can say it is not aftermarket. much have for the shoei 1400 helmet.
