Traditional BBQ flavor, uniform size
Very consistent size, very clean wood. No bark or mold. Package was stuffed to the max with uniform wood chunks. I think this product is of great quality, albeit on the expensive side. I do wish the chunks were a bit bigger but are still a very useful 2” cube size. Very tasty flavor profile, screams traditional bbq. Was excellent to use with beef ribs. All around good smoke flavor, can’t wait to try on a pork butt.

Burn baby burn.....smoking is cool, kids
Buy it............if you need that good ole oak smoke taste on your meatI use this for brisket. 3-4 chunks every hour with some cherry or apple. 10 hours later, you'll still have 1/4 to 1/2 bag left.

good wood, naturally seasoned not kiln dried. not especially uniform on sizes and shape but thats ok. Flavor was milder than I expected but was good. Used for brisket, came out great.
