Beautiful Read and Intriguing Recipes
Making Jul's recipes will bring a taste of Tuscany for all seasons. I fell in love with Italy on my honeymoon a few years ago and went again recently and just obsessed all over again. I had been considering a few different Italian cookbooks and this one stood out to me for a few reasons including Jul's beautiful writing and her emphasis on seasonal ingredients.For the most part, I have been able to find some of the maybe more local Italian items she lists in the book (i.e. Vinsanto wine) at some local stores or online. I also feel like these recipes are very adaptable and subbing ingredients for a certain cut of meat, for example, is pretty easy.I look forward to continue cooking my way through the book with the seasons!

Great pictures and stories
Beautiful pictures and great personal stories from the author. I like the way the book is divided up by markets in Tuscany...exactly what the book is about. Good for recipes and as a coffee table book too!

Love Italian Food! Here’s your go to book
I absolutely love the earthiness of this book. Written by an authentic Silician herself, I discovered her work whilst on Instagram looking at another great author Zoe Bakes (forgive my ignorance, that is her Instagram name).The desert looked so delicious I had to copy it and find out who created this beautiful dish. Turned out to be another lovely lady. Since then, I’ve managed to message her and she’s such a personable person, hard not to like her.This book is very much like her, earthy, clever and a wonderful read. One day it is my intention to cook something from it. When I do I’ll post it and tag her, I promise ☺️If you love Italian food, definitely get this book 📖

Incredible! if you love soul food, this is the book you must have
This is an incredible book! Tuscan traditional recipes: simple ingredients combined together to make the perfect meal. So much love, passion, memories and knowledges in every single word. The photos that go with every recipe make you want to cook every single thing right now and the results are guaranteed. One of the thing I love the most about this book is that all the recipes and ingredients used are combined with the traditional markets of different Tuscany's places from where you can get the freshest traditional ingredients locally produced; it is an useful guide too!I really suggest this book to everyone who loves to cook simple, healthy, seasonal and super tasty recipes right from the Tuscan tradition.Giulia is incredible and in this book she guides you through her world made of the freshest ingredients, the most beautiful places and the best food you will ever made by yourself! Everyone needs this book!
