This was the perfect item to create a "Cousin It" candy bag for Halloween.I ordered two thinking it would be sparse, but I was surprised at the quality. I was afraid it would smell plastic-y but it didn't!It has a velcro strip so you can adjust the size. The flowers are just hot glued on, and I removed them easily in order to re-purpose. It was easy to hot glue to the bowler hat I used for the project, too.Very very pleased

I was not a fan of this skirt. I thought is was cheaply made and not worth the price. I just tried it on and a flower around the waistband fell off. I safety pinned it back on because I needed it today and another flower fell off later in the day. As far as the velcro, yes the skirt would fit many sizes but the velcro shows and looks tacky if you need to adjust it. I would never buy this skirt again.Very disappointed!
