I took the plunge on this item because it has the features I wanted and looked nice enough in the photos
I went from an all leather passport style wallet to this one due to international travel for work (my passport is always with me basically). I wanted the same size, slimmer profile and RFID capability but finding that in an all leather wallet seemed impossible unless I wanted to only have minimal card sleeves or other minor problems in design.I took the plunge on this item because it has the features I wanted and looked nice enough in the photos. In person the wallet is not as sharp in terms of the carbon fiber component. The leather is not soft like I expected but seems of reasonable quality. It's a very firm leather, almost plastic-y in texture, but not to the point of being unappealing. Perhaps it will weather over time.Lacks a bifold separation in the main compartment where the cash goes, but not a deal breaker for me by any means. Passport fits in it's sleeve with several millimeters to spare. Card slots hold two each, tightly. Given the stiffness of the leather, I expect it will not loosen overly much as long as I don't cant the cards hard when I pull them out.I'm a bit of a shoe/leather products whore and wanted to be really excited about the item, but it doesn't have that level of aesthetic to me. But it's solid, serviceable and it's growing on me already so that's got to be a good indicator.

Excellent travel wallet
I used this wallet on a trip to India and found it sturdy and useful. It held just the right amount of cards, had plenty of space for cash, fit my passport perfectly, yet was not bulky.

Perfect traveling wallet!
Bought this for my trip to Thailand. My favorite feature was card slot orientation facing towards the fold which was what I wanted so my cards wouldn't slip out. Wasn't bulky even with passport and money inside(although I took my passport out when sight seeing). Love the carbon fiber look!
