Love it! No problems with pedals as some reviews mentioned. My husband told extra pains to secure well. He is thinking the problem was addressed and fixed. I use it almost every day while using my iPad or just talking with my husband. The mobility is exactly what I needed. Can see a weight and joint difference. 😊

One of the pedals does not fit properly and there seems to be no way to fix it. That is why the first buyer sold it. It is defective and they passed it on to me. I am very unhappy with it. I got gyped.

would like some feedback/poor quality and uncomfortable seat
the pedal already has almost fallen off and my husband has had to fix it twice. I'm disappointed also with the fact that when I'm using it, it makes my butt hurt. the seat seems to not be supportive in the area that it needs to be.I'd welcome any suggestions. thanks.

I'm definitely not into exercising, and bought this on doctor's orders for therapy for my knee. I'm also not mechanically inclined, but was able to put it together on my own. I have the seat on the lowest level and can get on comfortably, but if you're shorter than 5'3" and have leg problems, you may have a problem.

what a joke
I did not buy thru Amazon although I wish I had and unfortunately I have had several months and would probably cost me more to take apart and try to send back but DO NOT buy this. It was hard to put together, does not "help your core muscles", has been making a squeaking noise that we cannot fix and I have been trying for a month to talk to someone as to why $39.99 is STILL being charged to my account. If I had bought from Amazon I would have had this taken care of. Only reason I still use the stupid thing is the cost
